Shipping

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
Europe: 3 to 8 business days
International: 7 to 14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened intimate healthcare products or medical devices unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using your original payment method.
Unless the product is faulty or supplied in error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
